Meet Karen Johnson

s a Tampa Bay resident for 19 years, Karen would love the opportunity to show you our unique and breathtaking communities. Her mission and passion is to make your big decision as seamless and successful as possible by drawing from her 25 years of customer service experience; where trust, compassion, and integrity are a must. Karen graduated from the University of Georgia with a Psychology degree in 1993. At the age of 23, she was an assistant branch manger for the largest book selling branch in the USA. She transferred with the company to Colorado and later decided to open her own very successful pet sitting company. Her work in the Pet Care industry was based on the highest level of trust. “When people go of out town they want to ensure that they are leaving their home, “fur kids” and valuables to the greatest of care.”
One of Karen’s best qualities is attention to detail. She a very strong negotiator and advocate for her buyers and sellers; while being a friendly, humorous and empathetic partner on one of the most important decisions you will make. This is a very exciting time for both buyers and sellers and Karen’s expertise in the market will help you mange your way through the whole process even after closing. Karen and the Team stay apprised of the current contracts, trends and skill sets in the industry by continually seeking out educational opportunities.
Karen is thrilled to join the successful longtime agency of Hoffman & Hoffman Realty, Inc. She first met the owners over 20 years ago sharing a passion of advocating for animals. “The Hoffmans are a high quality, results-driven, professional team that make you feel like you are part of the family.”
Karen is very passionate about living life to the fullest and enjoying the great outdoors that Florida provides us on a daily basis, she finds joy all along the way of this incredible journey and can’t wait to meet and share it with you!!
